DC Wireless ISP, Inc. is now under new ownership and will be known as Umpqua Broadband™ in Douglas County and as Rogue Broadband™ in Jackson County.

Greetings,

Welcome to your new Wireless Service Company.

We are excited serve you.

Over the next couple of weeks we will be hard at work to deliver amazing service to you.

Who are we?

We own a small set of companies based out of Southern Oregon that provide a number of Internet Services for thousands of customers in Jackson County.

We are a husband and wife team with 2 companies and over 15 full time employees between the two and have been in business for over 25 years and we service thousands of happy customers every month.

Rogue Broadband™ is our Wireless Internet Service for Rural Customers that covers Jackson County and is supported by Ashland Home Net™, our Cable TV, High Speed Internet and Phone Service company.

We have many exciting changes planned over the next 6 months.

  1. We will invest, immediately, in the system to make it more stable, resilient and reliable.
  2. We will upgrade Customer Service by providing 24 x 7 phone support and online bill pay.
  3. We will enhance the system to make it faster.
  4. We will grow to provide service to areas in Douglas County that are underserved.

We will also change the name of the service to Umpqua Broadband™ in Douglas County and Rogue Broadband™ in Jackson County.

In order to better serve you, we will also ask you for your email address and if you want, your cell phone number, so that we can send you alerts about service updates as they happen.

We have a lot of work to do and we know we won’t be successful without your patience, commitment to doing business with a local business and patronage.
